Today was a great day on the middle Provo River! We arrived at 2pm and took out the great looking group of twelve below (even the dog came on out). After getting geared up and taking a few “before” pictures, we started the pleasant and scenic walk to the water.

When we reached the stretch of water that we were going to fish I had a great feeling about how the day was going to unfold. The weather was overcast and very pleasant. I guided Taylor and J.T. and they listened very well to the casting demonstration and in no time at all they were getting great drifts and perfect mends.

Then the magic started! J.T. started hooking fish after fish and was having a blast!

Taylor started off slow but soon hooked into this beautiful 18 inch Brown Trout!

What a great experience for those two kids! I always love to see the smiles and the excitement in clients eyes when they start catching fish! Fly Fishing is a wonderful experience that I see all ages enjoy!
